We’re arranging guided day tours on a mountain bike in the Harz every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in week 26-31, and we’d love to bike with you! It’s a fun and adventurous day on MTB with departure from Altenau in the Northern Harz.

The route and difficulty depends on the day of the week, which gives you the option to choose the tour you’d like. Regardless of the tour you attend, we ensure that you’ll get a terrific tour along with our guides and other participants. On each tour, you’ll be guided by two guides.

You’ll get a delicious sandwich for lunch and a nice refreshment when we return to our hotel in Altenau. Besides that, there’s also MTB rental included. You’ll get a brand new Ridley Ignite to ride on. That’s a great entry bike, but if you wish you can also upgrade to a top-of-the-line full suspension bike from Santa Cruz. Tuesday: Braunlage – Wurmberg, Bikepark - 45-60 km / 1000-1200 vertical metres

Braunlage is well known for its Bikepark which is located on the mountain Wurmberg. The Bikepark has some great singletracks to offer. You can easily spend several hours here. If you wish to save some strength you can buy a lift pass and take the lift from the base of the mountain and up. The Braunlage tour does also offer a great singletrack which is ideal for technical practice.

Thursday: Sankt Andreasberg, Bikepark - 50 km / 1000 vertical metres

We'll visit the new Bike Park in Sankt Andreasberg. It's a great Bike Park with lots of nice trails and plenty of flow. It's quite beginner friendly, too.

Each Saturday we'll bike to Goslar.  The tour is roughly 60-70 kilometres, and we'll be biking on a variety of great trails. We'll end up in Goslar, which is an old and very historic village.
